Christmas Cocktails

Holidy parties just aren't parties without a delicious signature cocktail commonly called "Jingle Juice" or "Ho Ho Punch." And I have been running across all kinds of deliciousness on Pinterest and decided I should share these glorious (sounding) drinks with everyone... just in case you just need a drink you're having a festive party or are in charge of a fun drink for a get together. Dirty Santa and Tacky Christmas sweaters are fun and all, but let's face it... the drink in your hand is the most important part... duh!!!

HO HO PUNCH
1 bottle of champagne (or more...)
1 2 Liter Ginger Ale
2 10oz. Frozen Strawberries (partially thawed)
Combine and serve in a punch bowl

FROZEN CHERRY MARGARITAS
1 1/2 oz. Cherry Vodka
1/2 oz. Triple Sec
1 oz. Lime Juice
Splash of grenadine
Lime Slices
Mix in blender with 2 cups of ice and garnish with lime slices

BERRY INFUSED LEMONADE
2 oz. Berry Infused Vodka
1 Cup Lemonade
Serve over a cup of ice and frozen berries

CRAN-ORANGE GIN & TONIC
1 (2-inch) orange rind strip
1 tablespoon fresh cranberries*
1 teaspoon sugar
1 cup ice cubes
3 tablespoons gin
1 tablespoon fresh orange juice
1/4 cup tonic water Preparation

Muddle orange rind strip, fresh cranberries, and sugar in a cocktail shaker. Add ice cubes, gin, and fresh orange juice. Cover with lid, and shake vigorously until thoroughly chilled (about 30 seconds). Pour into an 8-oz. glass; top with tonic water. Serve immediately.

*Frozen cranberries, thawed, may be substituted.

JINGLE JUICE
5 cups orange juice $
1 cup vodka $

1/3 cup orange liqueur
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice $
1/2 cup maraschino cherry juice

Garnishes: fruit-flavored candy cane sticks, cherries with stems, orange and lemon slices
Stir together orange juice and next 4 ingredients; serve over ice. Garnish, if desired.

BLUSHING MIMOSAS
2 cups orange juice (not from concentrate)
1 cup pineapple juice, chilled
2 tablespoons grenadine

1 (750-milliliter) bottle Champagne or sparkling wine, chilled*
1. Stir together first 3 ingredients.
2. Pour equal parts orange juice mixture and Champagne into Champagne flutes.
*2 (12-oz.) cans ginger ale or lemon-lime soda may be substituted.

I think I will take one of each...
ENJOY!!
