Now, moving on to the past two weekends. They have been filled with football, beer and lots of food. And yesterday we had my grandmother's birthday party out at my parents house. Can I please just tell you what all we had for lunch?

Needless to say, we were all about to freakin pop!! It was the perfect meal, in my opinion. So delicious! Annddd... My mother made two homemade dipping sauces for the fried chicken. I will be posting these recipes soon. They are both simple and delicious.

Sounds/looks like the past few weeks have been pretty awesome for you.
ReplyDeleteI was born and raised in Los Angeles and we don't have a strong college football scene but I am headed to the south in two weeks and SUPER excited for the tailgating. Tickets are impossible to get because it's a big game, but I'm happy to hang out in the parking lot, especially if the spread looks like this!
Callie!!! ok you need to give me some tailgating tips! our tailgate (the one I was in charge of) DID NOT look anything like that!!! HELP! Looks amazing!
ReplyDeletehi callie ok that cotton photo makes me need to go visit the south now and participate in the huge tailgaters, gosh why can't we be more festive out here in CA? grr i wish i went to a HUGE football college now and would still get together with all my friends each weekend you look like you have an amazing life with all of that!
