That time change gets me every single time. Getting off work when it's dark outside makes me lazy. When it's dark, I am not supposed to be out running hoping I don't get run over, I'm supposed to be curled up on my couch watching tv in my sweatpants. And how convenient for this change to take place right around the time of year when we eat the most, at Thanksgiving and Christmas? There's no worse time to get lazy, but it happens every time. And now there's King Cake... O King Cake.. It's really hard to just pass that by.

But I'm Back!!!
New running shoes. Some new workout clothes (thanks Old Navy 40% off sale). 5K in two weeks. And two more in March. Swim suit season's just around the corner. It's time to get with the fitness program and I'm trying to do just that. The work outs are getting to be part of my regular routine again and the healthier eating is back in full swing here at the Collins Casa.
